Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 egg shell full of water
    pinch of salt
    flour
Preparation
    Stir in all the flour it will take.
    Roll as thin as you can. Hang over napkin on back of chair to dry.
    Then, roll up like a jelly roll and slice off in thin (wafer type) slices.
    Cook in your broth or soup 15 to 20 minutes.
