Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes lengthwise into 4 wedges.
    Place skin side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Brush with oil-cheese mixture at 15-minute intervals.
    Makes 4 servings.
