Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. Neufchatel cheese (low fat)
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    6 thawed phyllo sheets
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs, chopped fine
    8 oz. artificially sweetened jam (apricot or orange)
    2 medium apples, peeled and chopped fine
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 egg yolk mixed with 1/4 tsp. water
Preparation
    Whisk cheese with water until smooth; set aside.
    On a nonstick cookie sheet, place 2 sheets of phyllo.
    Brush top sheet lightly with melted butter.
    Place 2 more sheets over first two; butter top sheet.
    Repeat with last 2 sheets; then sprinkle buttered top sheet with cornflake crumbs.
    With a spatula, spread 3-inch wide band of cheese along one long side of phyllo, leaving 1/2 to 3/4 inch margin around edges.
    Spread jam over cheese mixture.
