Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
    1 c. dry rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Fry sausage until crumbled; drain off all fat.
    Add all ingredients in the order given to sausage in a large skillet.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into a large baking dish.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes or until brown.
