Peggy'S Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops or sliced pork loin
    cream of mushroom soup
    onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown
    salted
    and
    peppered
    chops
    in
    large\tskillet (Teflon is\tbest);\tremove\tchops.\tStir
    in cream of mushroom soup,
    dissolving brown residue in pan.
    Place chops back into pan with soup/gravy;
    slice onions on top of chops.
    Cover and simmer until
    chops
    are
    done and tender (about 45 minutes). Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
    So good, easy and fills a hungry family. Use 2 cans of soup if more gravy is desired.
