Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add carrots, oil and eggs.
Mix together until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
