Hot And Sour Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco hot sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    2 green onions (including tops), chopped
Preparation
    Combine the first seven ingredients in medium saucepan.
    Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
    Gradually pour beaten egg into boiling soup, stirring constantly in one direction.
    Remove from heat; stir in green onions.
    Garnish with additional chopped green onions or cilantro, as desired.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 5 cups.
