One-Rise Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix whipping cream and brown sugar in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, warm water, 2 tablespoons butter and egg in mixer bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Knead for 1 minute.
    Roll into 7 x 15-inch rectangle on floured surface. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 cup butter in bowl.
    Spread over dough.
    Roll tightly; seal.
    Cut into 20 pieces.
    Place cut side down on brown sugar mixture in prepared pan.
    Let rise, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes, or until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
    Invert onto serving tray.
