Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 medium potatoes, pared and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2-inch sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 slices bacon, fried crisp
    1 stalk celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender in order listed:
    milk, potatoes, salt, onion, bacon fat, bacon and celery.
    Cover and run on low speed, until vegetables and bacon are chopped.
    Pour into saucepan.
    Simmer over low heat 30 minutes.
