Cottage Cheese Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lime jello
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    6 Tbsp. carrots, shredded
    2 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
    Allow to cool until syrupy state; beat until frothy.
    Mix mayonnaise and half and half; beat until blended.
    Add onion, green pepper, carrot and cottage cheese.
    Turn into large mold.
    Refrigerate.
    Unmold just before serving.
