Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) broiler or thighs
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    oregano
    garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. imitation butter flavoring
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 large green pepper
Preparation
    Dip the cubed steak pieces in flour and then place in skillet. Sprinkle slices of onion over the steak.
    Fry the meat to brown. Do not overcook.
    Make a gravy from the skillet drippings by adding flour to the skillet drippings and then add milk to make a medium thick gravy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put steak in a pan and pour gravy over it.
    Place in oven and allow to cook slowly for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
