Apple Rice Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. hot cooked rice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1/4 c. raisins, plumped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Add brown
sugar and butter to hot rice and blend until melted.
Add
the
remaining
ingredients
and
blend
gently. Serve warm
or chilled, with additional Cool Whip, if desired. Serves 8.
