Spinach Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and add mixture, patting down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and cut into bars.
    Can be prepared ahead and baked when needed.
