Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put in buttered ring mold.
    Set in pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Unmold on platter. Fill center with green vegetables.
    (May be baked in loaf.)
