Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large potatoes
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Wash and slice potatoes but do not peel.
    Put in shallow 2 quart casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and brush on top of potatoes, then sprinkle with salad dressing mix over the top. Pour water over potatoes.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
