Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. pineapple (reserve juice)
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix pineapple, flour, Cheddar cheese and sugar.
Reserve juice.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Crumble crackers and mix with melted stick of butter.
Top casserole with mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
