Microwave Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas, mashed to make 1 1/2 c.
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in bananas and then remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf glass pan. Cook in microwave on full power for 6 to 7 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let it stand 5 minutes. Turn out onto cooling rack.
