Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly.
Stir in flour, salt and nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until set, but not brown.
While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
Cool and roll in sugar again.
