Chicken & Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium fryer chicken, cut up
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 C uncooked rice
    1/2 C chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 C chicken broth
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Boil together the wings, neck, liver and gizzard to make broth. Sprinkle the rest of chicken with pepper, salt & paprika. Melt butter in frying pan. Add onion and rice. Cook until brown. Place rice mixture in casserole dish. Lay chicken on top of rice. Add broth and celery salt. Cover with foil and lid. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degrees preheated oven.
