Impossible Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
2 1/2 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease glass pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Cook sausage and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until sausage is fully cooked; drain.
Mix sausage mixture, potatoes and 1 cup cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese, with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth; pour into pie plate.
Bake about 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
