Black-Eyed Peas En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen black-eyed peas
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. diced ham
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cook peas as directed.
    Mix with rice, ham, tomatoes, chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
    Mix well; season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
