Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    soy sauce to taste
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    2 tsp. mayo
Preparation
    Brown meat. Cook onion and celery in 1 cup water until tender. Drain. Add browned meat.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in greased casserole.
    Leave in juice from bean sprouts and mushrooms for liquid in casserole.
    Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350\u00b0, then 1/2 hour, uncovered.
