Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat. Stir, let cool and add powdered sugar.
Mix and spread on 2 layers.
