Jello Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. applesauce
    1 envelope Knox
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients to boiling.
    Boil 1 minute. Cool loaf pan with ice water.
    Add Jell-O to cold pan, refrigerate 3 hours.
    Cut into squares.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Let stand on waxed paper 8 hours.
