Cabbage Salad With Creamy Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tsp. horseradish mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sweet basil
dash of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. chopped green onions
6 lettuce cups

Preparation

Combine mustard, salt, pepper, basil, cayenne, lemon juice and heavy cream.
Chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, mix the cabbage, carrots and green onions together.
Beat the dressing until thick and pour over the salad.
Serve on lettuce cups.
