Venison Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. venison
    1 small onion, cut up
    1 Tbsp. sage seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil venison until tender in sage and water.
    Cool, then tear meat into pieces to make into hash.
    Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown in frying pan in a small amount of oil, until onions are done.
    Serve hot.
