Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 slightly beaten egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and allspice
    2 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add water to egg white.
    Dissolve sugar in egg white mixture. Add salt and spices; mix well.
    Dip nuts in mixture.
    Place nuts, flat side down, on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in very slow 250\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about an hour.
