Baked Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry instant mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 cut up frying chicken, skinned (about 3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease or foil line a 9 x 13-inch pan or rimmed cookie sheet.
