Parmesan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 egg
1/4 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 8 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into wedges; serve immediately.
Makes 8 wedges.
