Honey-Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

3 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. defatted chicken stock
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

In a large frying pan, combine the carrots, stock, honey and mustard.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
