Ingredients

pork chops or steaks
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Brown pork chops or steaks after dipping in flour.
Drain grease and cover with water.
Simmer until tender and water reduced greatly.
