Harvest Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. macaroni
1 lb. smoked beef sausage
2 medium onions
2 medium green peppers
1 small zucchini
2 medium fresh tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Cook macaroni.
Saute, in water, onion, pepper, zucchini and tomatoes.
When partially cooked, add sausage and cook, covered, until tender.
Drain if necessary.
Add to macaroni.
Add tomato soup, salt and pepper (to taste).
Mix well; put in casserole and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
