Mushroom Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix soup and water. Use 1/4 cup of soup mixture with other ingredients. Shape into meat balls about 1 1/2-inches. Brown in 1 tablespoon shortening in skillet; pour off drippings and add remaining soup mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
