Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
    2 heads broccoli (florets only)
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried
Preparation
    Cut florets into bite size pieces.
    Crumble bacon and broccoli with other ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Can be used as dip or spread on crackers.
