Frijoles Charros - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 lb. ham
    1/2 lb. chorizo sausage
    1 small onion
    1 large tomato, chopped
    8 \"Arbol\" hot peppers
    salt
    cilantro
    garlic
Preparation
    Put beans to boil with 5 garlic cloves and salt.
    Fry the chorizo sausage, onion and the chopped tomato.
    In a separate pan, fry the bacon, ham and sausage.
    When the beans are almost cooked, take out the garlic cloves and add the beans to all the fried items and the hot peppers and chopped cilantro.
    Let it cook for 15 minutes.
