Nut Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. diced apples
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and spices.
Add dry ingredients to cream mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
