Cran-Mallow Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
miniature marshmallows
1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, butter, orange juice and salt; whip in 1 cup marshmallows.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spoon cranberry sauce over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cover with marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.
