Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg chocolate chips
2 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes. May be put into 9 x 13 pan and baked 20 to 25 minutes, cut into bars.
