Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. nuts
1 small can pineapple (crushed)
Preparation

Mix all.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
