Grandmother Helen'S Heavenly Shrimp Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb peeled & deveined shrimp
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    1 c. diced celery
    1 green onion chopped
    3 hard cooked eggs, chopped finely
    salt
    white pepper
    worcestershire sauce
    dry mustard
    lemon juice
    8 hot dog buns
    1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in water at a boil for 3-5 minutes.
    Mix shrimp, mayo, celery, onion and eggs.
    Season according to taste with salt & pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
    Spread into opened hotdog buns & sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Top with sprinkle of paprika for color.
    Place on cookie sheet & bake at 400 degrees for few minutes until they are golden brown.
    Serve hot.
