Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped celery
4 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
6 green onions, chopped finely, white part only
3 tbsp. cold water
1 small can crab meat
Preparation

Heat mushroom soup, set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp. water. Add to soup and stir.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Place in mold or serving dish. Refrigerate overnight or until firm.
Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, or other relishes.
Also tasty with Triscuits.
