Freddy'S Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cube bread; place in bottom of baking dish.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spread pork sausage over bread cubes.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and ground mustard; beat well.
    Pour over sausage and bread.
    Spread cheese over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
