Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry bread crumbs *
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. hot milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Add bread crumbs to hot milk; cool.
Combine sugar, eggs, margarine, salt, vanilla, raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon with bread crumb mixture.
Pour into buttered baking dish; place dish in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
