Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
2 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add alternately with buttermilk.
Mix together cocoa, food coloring and vinegar; add to batter.
Add vanilla.
Make 3 layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
