Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    Beat egg in a cup and fill cup with water.
    Mix flour and shortening with pastry blender.
    Add other ingredients.
    Roll and put into pans.
    This recipe makes 5 pie crusts which may be frozen with good results.
