Orzo Salad(Yield: 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Orzo, uncooked
    4 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
    1 large Tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup Olive or Salad Oil
    1/4 cup Lemon Juice
    Salt/Pepper to taste
Preparation
    1. Cook orzo according to directions, al dente.
