4 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
1 large Tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Olive or Salad Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Salt/Pepper to taste
