Shrimp Hors D'Ouevres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and cooked
    1/2 minced onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 celery stalks
    1 pt. mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 pieces fresh dill
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients (except shrimp) in blender until smooth. Add to shrimp.
    Blend and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
    May also be served as a first course.
