Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening (this may not be substituted with margarine or oil)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together first 4
    ingredients
    with
    a
    fork.
    In a separate dish, beat
    remaining ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients until well mixed.
    Using your hands, mold into 4 balls. Chill at least 15
    minutes
    before
    using,
    or
    you may freeze until ready to use.
