Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 c. solid shortening
    4 beaten eggs
    12 to 13 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening in hot water (not boiling).
    Mix sugar, eggs and salt together; add this to shortening and water mixture.
    Add 2 to 3 cups flour.
    Sprinkle yeast onto flour and mix well.
    Add remaining flour and mix.
    Turn out onto floured board and knead about 10 minutes.
    Place dough in large, lightly greased bowl and turn over.
