Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium diced onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Allow potatoes to defrost (at least partially).
    Mix all together.
    Place in large greased casserole.
    Bake about 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
